The Thermal treatment unit is fully automated.
The touch screen control panel allows adjustment of all process parameters including :
- Feed rate
- 8 separately controlled temperature zones
- Internal geometry of the gasification tower and path length
- Gas take off from 6 ports
- Steam injection rate
